1. Abhyangam

2. Udwarthanam

3. Kizhi
Specially prepared medicinal leaves, Ayurvedic powders or other suitable materials are tied in a muslin cloth to form a small bundle and is applied on body. This treatment goes deeper than mere oil massage. According to the material used, this treatment helps in reducing swelling & pain and also helps in tissue rebuilding & improving microcirculation and nerve conduction.
4. Sirodhara
Ayurvedic oils or medicated liquids are poured on the forehead in a continuous stream for a specific time period. As per the medicines used, this therapy can help in sleep issues, memory issues, scalp issues etc.
5. Kayaseka
Ayurvedic oils or medicated liquids are poured on body for a specific time period. This treatment is particularly suitable for patients who are weak & old, who need deep tissue treatment, but without causing exhaustion. Depending on the medicine used, this treatment stimulates deeper muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments & other soft tissues or can deal with issues of skin & circulation.
6. Pizhichil
This Kerala special Ayurvedic treatment can reach the deepest tissues. This can be done only with Ayurvedic oils. It is better to prepare the body through other treatments to receive this treatment. If done with care, this treatment can stimulate the deepest muscles, nerves & other soft tissues.
