Fruit facial

In this therapy, fruits which are rich in anti oxidants are used and massaged very gently on the skin, followed by the application of fruit paste. The paste is left on the face for some time and later washed with warm water. It helps in detoxifying the skin and also improves the beauty of the skin. Procedure includes: - Cleansing using triphala kashayam or rose water. - Oleation: Oiling of skin using oils like eiladi tail, kumkumadi tail, chandanadi tail etc. - Fomentation: Giving mild steam to face. - Scrub: Scrubbing of skin is done to remove the dead cells of the skin - Fruit massage: It is the main procedure in which paste of selected fruits are applied on face - Moisturising – At the end aloe vera is applied on the face. Fruit massage

Fruit massage can be done over face as well as all over the body. The paste of fruits that is having antioxidant property is used for the procedure. Due to the continuous rubbing of the paste the dead cells can be removed. Hair fall Treatment: In this Programme Specially made herbal hair oil is used to massage the head in the traditional Ayurvedic way and a special herbal paste of medicinal leaves is used to cover the head. Duration : 45 minutes Anti dandruff treatment: Massage of the head with lukewarm oil and applying head pack and washing off the stuff with herbal shampoo applying gentle pressure on appropriate Marma points.
